Unity Developer
, you'll join a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team working from our
Gold Coast HQ
, crafting rich, mobile-first Unity experiences with cinematic polish and high performance across devices.

If you're passionate about visual fidelity, user experience, and clean, maintainable code—this is the role that lets you build something meaningful and technically exciting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build interactive, real-time environments using Unity and C#
  • Integrate UI, 2D/3D assets, animation systems, and VFX
  • Use tools like Animator, Timeline, and Cinemachine to deliver polished visuals
  • Optimise for mobile platforms using batching, draw call reduction, and profiling tools
  • Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and engineers to bring ideas to life
  • Create custom Unity editor tools to improve pipeline efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • Solid Unity development experience (3+ years), using C#
  • Deep understanding of mobile optimisation techniques
  • Proficiency with animation tools like Animator, Timeline, Cinemachine
  • Strong visual sensibility and attention to polish
  • Experience with custom tooling or editor scripting in Unity
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with ECS, DOTS, or Burst
  • Familiarity with VFX or cinematic workflows
  • Exposure to fintech, gaming, or high-performance 3D applications
  • Experience in a startup or product-led environment
