Are you a natural problem-solver with a knack for turning a customer's day around? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our client's contact centre team as a Customer Service Specialist. This is a great opportunity to start a full time contract with a well-respected company, with the possibility of extending your career long-term. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and working within a positive, supportive team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers with escalated inquiries.
  • Listen with empathy and provide solutions for complex situations.
  • Look for opportunities to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Help shape and improve the customer experience.

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • A talent for problem-solving and effective dispute resolution.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have a natural ability to empathise with customers and a caring nature.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Hours & Location: These are full-time roles, Monday to Sunday, with various shift times (full availabiltiy required).
