We have an exciting position available in our Service Department with the main focus on providing excellent customer service.

This is a fulltime position.

Our ideal applicant would demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Previous automotive experience will be viewed favorably.
  • A focus on providing an excellent customer experience on every contact with every customer
  • High level of presentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fellow staff and customers
  • The ability to achieve set KPI's on a monthly basis
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations
  • Sound knowledge of motor mechanics is a benefit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attitude and ability to work within a team

This role is vital to the dealership's success and customer retention. Each day you will be required to deliver an exceptional experience in a high paced environment.
