We have earnt our reputation through delivering tailored catering and hospitality services, great food with great people, to remote accommodation facilities.

The Role:

  • Contribute to business planning by providing HR insight and analysis
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement strategies
  • Provide advice and support to managers and staff on performance, conduct, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Lead investigations and disciplinary matters in line with legislation and internal procedures
  • Oversee training and development needs and requirements
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
  • Monitor workforce metrics and report on trends and risks
  • Oversee the performance management process and provide coaching to managers
  • Facilitate leadership and capability development initiatives
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, industrial instruments, and WHS obligations
  • Assist with maintaining and improving HRIS systems and workflows

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience with FIFO workforce is highly advantageous
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, including people management responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, and modern workplace practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes

Desirable:

  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry would be highly regarded
