Job Description:
You'll be the driving force behind new business development, connecting with commercial prospects and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. You'll work with established systems and proven processes that set you up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic outbound cold calling campaigns targeting commercial solar prospects
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads for the sales team using proven methodologies
- Set qualified appointments with decision-makers at commercial businesses
- Manage lead pipeline and prospect data using Go High Level and Apollo platforms
- Focus exclusively on B2B commercial client acquisition and relationship building
- Maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, and prospect interactions
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize appointment quality and conversion rates
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointments and qualified opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling and B2B lead generation with track record of results
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with professional phone presence
- Resilience and persistence - you thrive on overcoming objections and building rapport
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management platforms
- Bonus if you have experience with Go High Level and Apollo platforms
- It helps if you have background in solar, construction, or commercial services
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
