Job details
A multi-year program delivering its new case management capabilities for the Department. The successful candidate will provide program and project scheduling for this project for the Department. The successful Program Scheduler will report directly to the Program Director.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Development and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
- Resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking within scheduling tools such as Microsoft Projects or equivalent.
- Consolidation of schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis working alongside multiple project managers.
- Identifying schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
- Presentation of schedule information to stakeholders at various levels.
Technical skills
- Agile release planning and mapping to broader program schedules is desirable.

Essential criteria
Experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.
Ability to work with multiple project managers to consolidate schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis.
Strong analytical skills to identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
Excellent communication skills to present schedule information to stakeholders at various levels.
Desirable criteria
- Understanding of Agile release planning and mapping to broader program schedules is desirable.
