About the RoleThe Risk Manager plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the delivery of operational risk activities across a multi-stream program of work. The role ensures risk frameworks are consistently applied by working across teams, managing stakeholder engagement, and enabling governance, reporting, and closure of risk actions in alignment with enterprise expectations.

The Business SME is responsible for managing one or multiple projects/streams designed to mitigate and/or manage significant business value and risk implications for the business.
As a Business SME, you are accountable for:
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience supporting risk or compliance activities in a project, portfolio, or business-as-usual context.Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Analytical mindset with experience in data collation, reporting, and risk analysisSolid understanding of operational risk management principles and frameworks.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation.Ability to work collaboratively across business, risk, and delivery teams.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
