Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 180 portfolio. Portfolio comprises mostly of newer homes, 80% within 20min drive of the office. No trust accounting
• Property officer supports all ongoings and routine inspections

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organised, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Holds a current Certificate of Registration (mandatory)
• Has a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Must have experience as a property manager
