MTC is seeking a Casual Intelligence Analyst to join our team at the Villawood Immigration Detention Centre. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work around family commitments or other responsibilities.

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will use your analytical skills and security knowledge to support the safe and effective operation of the centre. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, work collaboratively with a team, and maintain the highest standards of care, respect, and dignity.

• Monday–Friday: 1800–0600
• Saturday–Sunday: 0600–1800 or 1800–0600
• Up to 4 shifts per week

Villawood Immigration Detention Centre, with on-site parking. No remote work available.

• Analyse and assess intelligence data to identify patterns and inform strategy
• Deliver timely and accurate intelligence reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments to address emerging security threats
• Contribute to operational planning and incident prevention
• Uphold MTC's values, promoting safety, respect, and cultural sensitivity

• Certificate IV in Security Operations or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in intelligence, security, or risk analysis
• Strong understanding of legislation, policies, and security protocols
• Excellent communication, judgment, and ethical integrity
• Australian Citizenship (required for security clearance)
• Ability to pass health assessments and hold/obtain Working with Children Check
• Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination
