As our Research and Development Chemist you will be developing new and improved products that will see our business continue to move forward with innovative and sustainable solutions into the future. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop new and improved products that are required by the business units served.
  • Support the manufacturing scale-up of new and improved products until they are proven successful.
  • Perform sample preparation, testing and applications
  • Operation of laboratory manufacturing and testing equipment with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve difficulties
  • Working with and developing team members knowledge and abilities in the laboratory

Have You Got What We're Looking For?

  • 1-2 years experience in Research and Development in a laboratory environment ideally with industrial products or experience in QC would also be considered
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to work logically through processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers using your creative ability to think outside the box and develop new ideas.
  • Project Management and great organisational skills
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work with various departments in the business
