The role:
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the mental health and disability space, you'll work directly with clients and their supports to create meaningful, personalised outcomes. You'll have the autonomy to work your way while being backed by a strong, well-resourced, collaborative team.
This is a part-time or full-time hybrid role for a Behaviour Support Practitioner, located in Mandurah, WA with some work-from-home flexibility. The Behaviour Support Practitioner will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This role also involves regular documentation, progress tracking, and continuous evaluation of client outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in behaviour assessment and intervention planning
- Skills in developing and implementing individualised support plans
- Ability to provide therapeutic interventions and strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent documentation and progress tracking abilities
- Experience in working with clients in both in-person and remote settings
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or related allied health field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with evidence-based practices in behaviour support
