As Haulwise continues to expand its client base, fleet and secure new contracts, we are growing our team to meet increasing demand. We are currently seeking an experienced operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will operate excavators for various construction, excavation and site preparation projects.

We offer competitive pay above award rates, a fully maintained company vehicle, along with stable, ongoing work in a supportive and professional environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Perform excavation, trenching, grading and material handling tasks

  • Previous experience in all aspects of civil subdivision is an advantage

  • Ability to read grade stakes and follow elevation requirements

  • Experience with GPS/machine control systems is an advantage

  • Ability to conduct routine maintenance on the equipment

  • Physically fit and able to move on and off machinery

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Pride in your work

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong understanding of OHS/WHS requirements

  • Willing to work away – LAHA and accommodation included

Licences:

  • White Card

  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and own transport to yard

  • Excavator ticket

  • Excavator VOC verification of competency (VOC)\
