You'll design and run high-impact campaigns, partner with our Directors and Account Managers, and work closely with the Head of SEO to deliver exceptional client outcomes. With your mastery of tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Looker Studio, you'll uncover opportunities, craft smart strategies, and drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a division of the SEO team
  • Drive the retention of clients through meeting KPI and performance targets
  • Demonstrate eagerness in learning how to form formidable business relationships with clients
  • Support the team in business development, including research, proposals and attending pitch presentations if necessary
  • Support and drive the SEO team to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Oversee the operations and conduct of the SEO team to Impressive standards and ensure guidelines and procedures are being adhered to
  • Provide clear, honest and productive feedback to members of the SEO team to support their development and results
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to understand the SEO strategies and tactics of competitors
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years SEO experience with an excellent track record in planning & executing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Has led larger projects and has an in-depth understanding of Search Engine Optimisation & eCommerce landscape with expert-level expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • An excellent track record in planning and executing successful campaigns.
  • Has a strong attitude for developing SEO strategies, forecasts and plans.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the capability to confidently communicate to internal and external stakeholders
  • Leadership capability with a strong focus on excellence, driving performance of the team through effective processes and disciplines. Understands the levers of team engagement and always benchmarks leading edge best practices, and encourages others to do same.
