We are expanding once again and are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson/Building Designer to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Create detailed architectural drawings and documentation using REVIT for residential projects
• Collaborate with builders, developers, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Liaise with team members to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of documentation
• Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to team members when required.

What We're Looking For: We welcome applicants with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential drafting.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and methods.
• Proficiency in REVIT is essential.
• Ability to manage and mentor team members effectively when required
• Local in-office role for applicants from Brisbane
• A positive attitude, attention to detail/pride in your work/, and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
