The Company

The Role
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, confident and driven with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A background in mechanical engineering would be beneficial as this role can be quite technical. Product training will be provided but there will be a need to upskill yourself on some products

  • Assisting with technical sales enquiries involving prices, stock availability, outstanding orders, credit requests and any related quality issues.
  • responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer enquiries and orders
  • Resolving all customer issues and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner, and in accordance with the QA policies.
  • Facilitating the entry, printing, and distribution of customer sales orders.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records as well as processing customer enquiries and orders
  • Maintaining a high level of customer to exceed t customer expectations and service level agreements.
  • Assisting with month end reporting as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Master in-depth product and technical knowledge to offer the best solutions to customers.
About You
  • Previous experience in an internal sales / customer service role
  • An excellent customer service focus and an ability to manage multiple enquiries in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in developing accurately written documents
  • Ability to upsell and close a deal
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to work i in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
