Your Role

Join us in shaping the future of digital at Retail Insurance Australia (RIA). This role is all about driving transformation, boosting customer engagement, and delivering smart, connected digital experiences. You'll lead the integration of Google and Adobe marketing stacks, activating first-party data to power high-impact campaigns. From launching and tracking campaigns to aligning Martech ecosystems, you'll ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Your day-to-day will involve optimising digital processes, leveraging data insights, and enhancing platforms like mobile apps and customer portals. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver projects on time, ensure compliance, and support change management to embed new tools and practices. Security and performance are key; you'll implement strong cybersecurity measures and continuously monitor digital initiatives to keep us ahead of the curve.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions, open to our office based in Gadigal Country (Sydney). 

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally meet the below criteria: 

•    Proven senior leadership experience in digital, media, or advertising agencies—ideally in Director or GM roles.

•    Passionate about performance media, marketing craft, and the power of creativity, with strong commercial acumen.

•    Deep understanding of the Australian media landscape and hands-on experience with campaign strategy, customer journey mapping, and transformation.

•    Skilled in Martech ecosystems, with working knowledge of platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, GA4, and CRM tools.

•    Confident collaborator with a track record of managing senior stakeholders and thriving in complex, fast-paced environments.
