Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the long-term health and wellbeing of Australian Veterans. This hybrid role combines hands-on clinical work with collaborative, team-based support, offering flexibility, purpose, and professional satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver preventative health and chronic condition management consultations to Veteran patients
  • Cover areas including joint health, diabetes education, skin checks, chronic pain management, and mental health referrals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case conferencing, collaborating with Social Workers, and Allied Health providers (Physio, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Dieticians etc.)
  • Conduct care reviews and continuity checks to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care

About You
  • Vocationally Registered GP with current AHPRA registration
  • Confident in both in-person and Telehealth consultations
  • Collaborative, reliable, and proactive in multidisciplinary teamwork
  • Passionate about holistic, Veteran-focused care
