The Role

We are seeking Senior Test Analysts to join an Agile Development team, taking ownership of end-to-end testing to ensure exceptional software quality. You will interpret requirements, understand system impacts, and design, test, and document test plans that improve efficiency, productivity, and compliance for end users.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design, estimation, and execution of functional & non-functional tests
  • Analyse complex business scenarios and create targeted test cases
  • Manage the defect lifecycle and maintain high testing standards
  • Mentor and guide junior team members
  • Work with REST/SOAP standards, automation tools, and cloud-based environments

What you bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools and automation principles
  • Proficiency with Postman (essential), Playwright and/or SpecFlow (highly desirable)
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter) and Azure services highly (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Bonus points for experience in the private health insurance or broader insurance sector
