About The Role

We are looking for a Test Analyst to join the Enterprise Testing team on a fixed-term basis. Are you a driven and detail-oriented testing professional with a passion for enterprise software delivery? You'll work closely with the Test Manager and ERP Delivery Leads, helping shape the testing landscape of a significant transformation initiative. Your responsibilities will include designing testing strategies, executing manual and automated tests, collaborating with partners, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business needs, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Design and articulate comprehensive testing plans for software development and rollout
  • Execute manual and automated test scenarios
  • Collaborate with partners and System Integrators during development sprints
  • Leverage tools like Azure DevOps, Selenium, and Katalon Studios for agile enterprise testing
  • Ensure clear reporting of bugs, issues, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Identify and implement improvements across the testing lifecycle using best practices
Who are we looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Analyst, preferably in large-scale transformation projects
  • Strong background in manual and automated testing (Dynamics365 FinOps and CE experience highly desirable)
  • Experience in designing test scenarios and executing across all testing phases, especially System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in agile environments
  • Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Relevant software testing certifications are desirable
