The role

We're looking for a front of house all-rounder who's as comfortable running a busy section as they are pouring a perfect Negroni.

What you'll do

  • Greet, seat and serve guests with genuine hospitality
  • Take orders, run food and drinks, manage payments
  • Mix simple cocktails, pour wine/beer with care, follow RSA
  • Keep bar and floor areas clean, stocked and running smoothly

What you'll bring

  • Outgoing, friendly personality with strong presentation and hygiene
  • Previous bar or table service experience is a big plus
  • Confidence with POS, cash handling and guest interaction
  • Reliability, flexibility and good communication under pressure

Requirements

  • Current RSA (Vic)
  • National Police Check
  • Rights to work in Australia
