Key Responsibilities

Ethical Leadership

  • Demonstrate integrity, respect, and accountability in all workplace interactions.
  • Promote behaviours aligned with Evolution's organisational values.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and ethical work environment.

Team and Site Performance

  • Reporting performance issues and customer complaints
  • Provide and document feedback on team performance.
  • Report incidents and support probationary team members with feedback and training.
  • Mentor team members and support conflict resolution.
  • Escalate breaches of safety policies and procedures where necessary.

Drug and Alcohol Compliance

  • Conduct Oral Swab Screening Tests when required.

Reporting and Administration

  • Leave management.

PPE and Safety

  • Assist with safety audits and hazard reporting.
  • Enforce PPE and uniform standards.
  • Lead Toolbox Safety Talks and ensure understanding among staff.

Additional Duties

  • Hold a valid Worksite Traffic Manager (WTM) qualification.
  • Follow up on outstanding compliance documents.
  • Perform CW2 duties as required.
