About The Role
We're looking for confident and capable Customer Service Representatives to join our
Client Service Centre Team,
in a full time capacity.

You'll be speaking with clients over the phone, for both inbound and outbound calls, to book appointments, provide helpful information, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way. Outbound calls are only
warm calls
to existing customers, to remind them to book in. There is no cold calling involved.

This is a full-time role based at our
Moonee Ponds Client Service Centre
, conveniently located with easy access to public transport (train, tram, and bus).

Your role will involve

  • Answer inbound calls from clients wanting to book appointments for their tax return
  • Make friendly outbound calls to remind existing customers it's tax time
  • Build rapport quickly and guide customers to the right time, place, and person
  • Accurately update client information in our systems
  • Hit your KPIs, and enjoy the rewards that come with it
  • Collaborate with your team and support each other during peak times
  • Stay compliant with our procedures and privacy standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service (call centre experience a bonus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computer systems and following established processes
  • Confident, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
  • Motivated to achieve targets, but always with a client-first mindset
  • Able to work within a rotating roster (released at least two weeks in advance)
  • A positive team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
