Remote FIFO utility role within regional Queensland

Your new company

Operating nationally, this catering company is one of the largest within Queensland's sector. Currently, this organisation looks after remote sites across the Surat Basin. With continual growth across all their sites, they are currently seeking a highly skilled utility worker to join their unrivalled team.

Your new role

Your exciting new position will require your skills to be of a high level. The responsibilities will vary between housekeeping and kitchen hand work. You must be able to work quickly whilst maintaining an exceptional quality. These sites will either be FIFO, BIBO or DIDO from Brisbane.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to undergo a full pre-employment medical exam, including drugs and alcohol.

  • Experience working in remote camps required
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised or within a team environment.
  • Housekeeping and kitchenhand experience working in a high volume commercial capacity
  • Forklift licence advantageous
  • 4WD certificate advantageous
  • RMS experience is highly desirable
  • MR licence highly desirable for TA positions
  • Ability to work 10-hour days for a period of 7-14 days
  • Must be willing to complete a national police check
  • S11 and CBM are highly advantageous
