The Opportunity

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our team. You'll deliver comprehensive financial advice to doctors, dentists, and veterinarians — supporting them through every stage of their personal and professional journey, from graduate to practice owner and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage trusted long-term client relationships
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and design customised financial plans

  • Provide advice across:

  • Wealth accumulation & investment management

  • Superannuation & SMSFs
  • Retirement planning
  • Business structuring & practice establishment
  • Debt consolidation & structuring (with lending team)
  • Tax planning & estate planning
  • Personal insurance & risk management
  • Collaborate with internal lending, accounting, and compliance teams
  • Contribute to business development via referrals, networking, and events
  • Ensure full compliance with ASIC, licensee, and internal policy obligations
  • Maintain detailed client records and provide ongoing plan reviews
  • Educate and empower clients to make informed financial decisions
  • Oversee compliance standards and assist in process improvement
  • Contribute to marketing, client engagement, and event initiatives

About You

  • Registered on the Financial Adviser Register (FAR) or equivalent
  • FASEA-approved qualifications
  • 3–5+ years' experience providing holistic advice (medical or professional clients highly regarded)
  • Expertise across investments, tax planning, superannuation/SMSFs, estate planning, and business structuring
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with client-first focus
  • Exceptional attention to detail in advice, analysis, and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Xplan experience is desirable
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, professional growth, and ethical advice delivery
