Boat Builder / Composite Technician – Goolwa, SA

We're a small, hands-on team based in Goolwa, working across a diverse range of marine, automotive, and industrial composite projects. From performance boats to custom components, we take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and practical problem-solving.

We're looking for a skilled Boat Builder / Composite Technician to join our workshop and help deliver projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and fit out boats, composite parts, and custom components
• Perform laminating, vacuum infusion, fairing, and finishing work
• Contribute to both marine and non-marine projects — including automotive and industrial applications
• Read and work from drawings and templates
• Maintain a safe, tidy workspace and work effectively in a small team environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in boat building, automotive composites, or similar fabrication work
• Practical skills with fibreglass, epoxy, carbon fibre, and vinylester systems
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to adapt between different project types and timelines
• Trade qualification in composites, boat building, or fabrication (preferred but not essential)

Location: Goolwa, South Australia
