Be a Customer Experience Champion. At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for energetic team members to join our Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter stores during our biggest trade season,when our stores are buzzing and we focus on delivering the 'Munro Experience' with every interaction.   #LI-DNI

As a Customer Experience Champion (retail casual), you'll greet every customer with high energy, help them find their perfect fit, and keep the store looking on point. From stock deliveries to customer service that counts, you'll help to make every moment matter for our customers.

We're looking for people who can

  • Bring energy to every customer interaction
  • Adapt to different tasks and work as part of a fast-paced team
  • Be available during our busiest trading periods - End of November, through to February 2026
