About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to establish and grow Ai-CHA's business presence in Australia.

Reporting directly to Group Management, you will oversee overall country operations — including business development, franchise expansion, sales performance, and local team management — ensuring both growth and profitability targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the launch and expansion of Ai-CHA's brand in Australia, including franchise network development and store performance.
  • Develop and implement local market strategies, ensuring alignment with group objectives.
  • Oversee operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction across all outlets.
  • Build and lead a small local team, fostering a performance-oriented and collaborative culture.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Australian operation and Group HQ on business performance, marketing, and HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian business regulations, employment standards, and operational policies.
About You

We're looking for a self-motivated, result-oriented professional who enjoys building things from the ground up and has strong business acumen.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail, F&B, or franchise operations, ideally with exposure to multi-outlet or regional management.
  • Proven ability in business development, operations, and financial performance management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with local partners and the Group's regional teams.
  • Familiarity with the Australian market or prior experience working in an international environment will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
