4TP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key role in helping establish and grow a Passive Fire Protection company in Sydney.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of projects from the ground up — driving planning, compliance, budgets, and client relationships — while shaping the company's presence in the Sydney market.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead passive fire projects from start-up to completion and handover
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Ensure full compliance with Australian Building Codes, AS Standards, and H&S
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to site supervisors and junior staff

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years minimum experience in construction + 3 years min. in passive fire protection installation.
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) & full license mandatory.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management – Engage clients, site managers, and contractors.
  • Budget and Quality Control – Manage costs, resources, and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge in the fire protection industry, suppliers, local councils, consultants.
