Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Assist in work order opening, noting up work orders and closing orders for invoicing;
  • Raise and process purchase orders and track open purchase orders;
  • Timely completion of all data entry;
  • Assist with contamination control;
  • Order stationery and uniforms as required;
  • Ensure documents, such as invoices, are processed correctly;
  • Conduct new employee and visitor inductions
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
Skills and Experience:
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Previous receptionist/administrative experience advantageous;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral);
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritise a busy workload.
