used by hospitals. Our products streamline communication and improve workflows for all hospital staff — from frontline healthcare workers to security, orderlies, cleaners, and more — ultimately improving patient care.

We're looking for a
Senior Frontend Engineer
with strong
React Native
and

skills to take ownership of our mobile and web applications, influence architecture decisions, and deliver beautifully designed, highly performant features that will be used daily in real-world healthcare environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own the design, development, and optimisation of mobile (React Native) and web ) interfaces.
  • Work closely with our designer, backend team, and stakeholders to turn concepts into fast, intuitive, and accessible products.
  • Build cross-platform mobile features that work seamlessly on iOS and Android.
  • Maintain and evolve our reusable component library, championing frontend best practices.
  • Optimise for performance, accessibility, and security.
  • Collaborate on architecture decisions and contribute to our long-term technical roadmap.
  • Stay current with frontend trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.

About You

  • 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including
    3+ years
    React Native
    and
    3+ years

    .
  • Skilled in performance optimisation and accessibility.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-team environment.
  • Self-motivated, takes ownership, and delivers high-quality outcomes.
  • Bonus: experience with React Native for Web, CI/CD pipelines, or healthcare solutions.
