Our client is a large state government department who are seeking multiple Project Managers to deliver high-visibility initiatives as part of a major program. Each Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects based on Microsoft Dynamics technologies. These roles will be an initial 12-month contracts based in the Brisbane CBD with 2 to 3-days WFH flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a technology project based on a Microsoft Dynamics solution, with accountability for progress, reporting, and outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business units, technical teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication, negotiation, and collaboration to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
  • Identify and manage project issues, risks, and dependencies in consultation with stakeholders, implementing effective mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Provide timely advice to the Project Executive and Board on deviations from agreed plans and present clear recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain personal and team professional development, supporting a culture of continuous learning and capability uplift across project staff.

The successful candidates will have proven experience delivering projects based on Microsoft Dynamics solutions within complex enterprise environments. You will bring strong project governance and reporting capability, expertise in leading multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to drive delivery under both PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
