Now, we're looking for a Groundsperson (Turf Worker) to step into the action and help us keep our tracks, grounds, and facilities at the absolute top of their game. You'll be working with a passionate team out of our brand-new, state-of-the-art maintenance and grounds facility – the best tools, the best environment, and the best time to join us.

• Get hands-on with the routine care and maintenance of our racing surfaces, grounds, and facilities.
• Be part of the thrill of race days, moving running rails and preparing our surfaces for world-class competition.
• Operate and maintain turf machinery with pride and precision.
• Apply fertilisers and treatments to keep our turf healthy, safe, and race-ready.
• Lend your green thumb to gardens, trees, and lawns across the property.
• Keep our grounds clean, safe, and looking their best for every guest who walks through our gates.

• A strong work ethic and the physical capacity for hands-on, high-energy work.
• Team spirit – but also the initiative to work independently when needed.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills – we're one team, and collaboration is key.
• Experience in turf, grounds or labouring roles (qualifications a bonus, but not essential).
