About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join our dynamic team at Field Cuisine in Acacia Ridge, QLD. This permanent part-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operations of our warehousing and distribution services. As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for the accurate picking and packing of orders with the opportunity to drive and deliver goods to our customers in a timely manner. This position is a night shift and will commence at 10pm.

What you'll be doing

  • Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements

  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment in the warehouse

  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as needed

  • Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver goods to customers in a timely manner when required

What we're looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing

  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items

  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, helpful attitude

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Valid driver's licence and experience operating light commercial vehicles

  • Ability to show up for work consistently

  • Ability to show initiative
