Front of House Concierge

Full-Time Permanent

We're looking for a friendly and energetic Front of House Concierge to join our team

If you're someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can juggle multiple tasks, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, offering a warm welcome and excellent customer service
  • Manage calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the right team
  • Keep meeting rooms and common spaces looking fresh and professional
  • Support the team with admin tasks like data entry and record-keeping
  • Stay organised, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar role
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well both alone and with others
