About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Store Team Member All-Rounder to join our team at our Friendly Grocer Supermarket in Dimbulah.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
  • Restock and merchandise shelves to maintain an organized and appealing store.
  • Operate the cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe for both customers and team members.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting your colleagues.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
  • Enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a retail or supermarket customer service role is desirable.
