As a key member of our Transactions & Advisory team, you will analyse market opportunities, provide expert advice, and negotiate high-value deals that shape the property industry. You will work alongside leading developers and investors, influencing major projects that redefine communities.

Skills And Experiences

General Experience

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customers & clients
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
  • Passion for Property
  • Permanant Residency or Australian Citizenship

Sales

  • Certificate IV in real estate or agent's representative certificate (beneficial but not essential for Associate sales roles)
  • Driver's License
  • Door to door sales experience
  • Experience working with development sites

Analysts

  • Degree or qualification in property, or similar
  • Proficient with MS Office365 platform (particularly Excel)
  • Highly organised 
  • Experience in analysing precinct structure plans
  • Creating insights using relevant data points
