School of Art – Photography

Opportunities Available for 2026

The School of Art is seeking Expressions of Interest across Photography, for Casuals providing teaching contributions throughout 2026.

If you are an industry professional or an experienced academic with teaching experience, we invite you to express your interest in these opportunities within the School of Art.

These casuals will be teaching to the: Bachelor of Arts (Photography) and Master of Photography.

About the Opportunity

This role may include tutorial delivery, lecturing and assessment (marking) as appropriate in 2026.

The role may involve independent teaching at various academic levels, delivering curriculum content, and managing assessments. Responsibilities could include contributing to assessment design, sharing student feedback, engaging with the teaching team, attending meetings, and handling administrative tasks such as course coordination and responding to student queries.

Although our needs and vacancies regularly change, there are opportunities that exist across our programs. By submitting an application you will be included into a Talent Pool that will be reviewed across the year, and may not guarantee a position.
