Head of Teaching and Learning – Junior School (Prep to 6)

As part of its commitment to staff wellbeing, Westbourne is expanding its Senior School teaching team.
The school seeks to employ an innovative, experienced and outstanding curriculum and pedagogical leader as Head of Teaching and Learning – Junior School to start Term 1, 2026

About you:
- Graduate or Qualified to teach Primary students
- Strong experience leading curriculum design and pedagogical practices
- Passionate about education and dedicated to student development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
