Role detailsWestbourne is seeking an innovative, experienced and outstanding curriculum and pedagogical leader as Head of Teaching and Learning - Junior School (Prep to 4) to start Term 1, 2026. This is an ongoing role.
About you- Graduate or Qualified to teach Primary students
- Strong experience leading curriculum design and pedagogical practices
- Passionate about education and dedicated to student development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
