Your new role

  • Make outbound calls to customers promptly, asking probing questions to determine a transaction is fraudulent, specific to cards-related reports.
  • When not on the phones, analyse potential fraudulent transactions flagged in the system.
  • Maintain awareness and comply with all policies, procedures, and statutory requirements to maximise efficiency and minimise risk.
This is an 11-months temporary role Due to the urgency and nature of the fraud prevention role, this team works on a 24/7 rotating rosters, and you will work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. You will be working hybrid model after in-office training This role is due to start ASAP Strong opportunities for extension and permanency. The pay is at $38.99ph+super. There will be shift loading should you work after hours or on a Sunday.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven banking or financial services experience
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Solid time management
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating rosters, including night shift and weekends
