Position Snapshot- Salary range - $100,776 - $105,341 Level 5 SCHADS Award Superannuation (pay point dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Full time (1.0 FTE) ongoing position – working Monday to Friday however, we have hybrid arrangements with the option to work in our CBD office
- The position is Community based with travel around: Hume Region

The Arc Program is a reintegration model designed to address the interlinked problems of homelessness, social exclusion and recidivism among people exiting the Victorian prison system. The Program provides an innovative, intensive case management program for men and women providing a three-month pre-release and two-year post-release program with tiered intensity of support including specialist disability and mental health experts and access to stable housing on release from prison. The Arc partnership includes community housing partners (CHPs), who will provide participants with a suitable home on their release.

About YouThis role will suit a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Experience working effectively with people involved in the criminal justice system and a strong understanding and empathy for the challenges facing individuals as they transition from custody to the community.
- Significant case management experience with complex clients particularly those who have been in contact with the criminal justice system,
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills; and stakeholder management.
- An understanding of risk management and the capacity to assess for risk and respond appropriately.
- Good practice frameworks and strong relational and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of working within a compliance framework
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or other relevant fields is highly desirable or significant case manager work experience
- Excellent case planning and management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sound level of MS Office, Client Management Systems and internet capability.
- Current Driver's Licence.
