About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to manage a portfolio and grow their career within a supportive and dynamic team. You'll be the key contact for tenants and rental providers, managing properties end-to-end and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and rental providers
  • Manage the full portfolio using PropertyMe and Inspection Express
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections (including Saturdays)
  • Conduct entry, exit and routines when needed
  • Coordinate lease renewals, rental increases, and maintenance requests
  • Liaise with clients and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Process tenancy applications and related documentation
  • Keep up to date with market trends and provide feedback to the team

What We're Looking For

  • Must have minimum 2 – 5  years of experience in property management
  • Knowledge of PropertyMe or similar property management software
  • Must have experience with VCAT cases and Hearings
  • Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
  • Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Valid police check
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive with a professional attitude
