About the role:

Work closely with an active sales team to convert leads and grow the rental portfolio. Take ownership of new business lead generation and client relationships with full admin, leasing, and property management support.

  • Source and convert new management leads
  • Attend rental appraisals and opens
  • Prepare investor packs and rental return estimates
  • Review applications and select tenants
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Ensure managements meet compliance requirements
  • Draft managing agency agreements
  • Negotiate fees and lease terms

Experience required:

  • Experience working as a BDM in real estate
  • Class 2 Real Estate License
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Confident to prospect warm leads
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Valid NSW driver's license and reliable car
