We're not looking for someone who claims to know everything - we want someone with a "learn it all" attitude who's eager to absorb knowledge, take on challenges, and build something special. This role is perfect for someone who sees real estate not just as a job, but as their dream career path.

As a Sales Associate, you will be Michael's right hand man (or woman) and learn the ins and outs of real estate. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a powerful network within the industry, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling career.

Your day to day will include, but is not limited to:

  • Connecting with potential buyers and sellers through proactive prospecting
  • Guiding buyers through their property journey
  • Showcasing properties through open homes and private inspections
  • Coordinating meetings that create meaningful client relationships
  • Maintaining our client database with precision
  • Supporting property presentation through photoshoots and staging
  • Facilitating essential inspections and evaluations

What do you need?

  • Current QLD Sales Registration & Driver's License
  • At least 1 year in real estate (but your attitude matters more than experience)
  • Organisation skills and calm under pressure
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A team-first mentality and hunger for results
