Job Description

The NSW Central West Muslim Association Inc. is seeking a full-time Imam / Minister of Religion to lead and manage religious, cultural, and educational programs in Dubbo, NSW.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily and weekly congregational prayers, sermons, and religious events.
  • Providing spiritual guidance, counselling, and education for community members.
  • Planning, organising, and managing cultural, youth, and interfaith programs.
  • Supervising staff, volunteers, and community workers.
  • Representing the Association in civic and interfaith forums.
  • Ensuring compliance, governance, and reporting obligations.

Remuneration: $49,296 per annum (plus 12% superannuation), full-time position.
