We're on the hunt for a
CRM Lead
to take charge of our customer relationship management strategy - owning acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through personalised communications at scale.

In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end CRM program: from data-driven segmentation and lifecycle journey design, to campaign delivery and performance optimisation across multiple regions.

How you will make a difference:

Shape the CRM Strategy:
Develop and own the CRM roadmap to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, ensuring it aligns with business growth objectives.

Turn Data into Action:
Analyse customer insights to identify key segments and opportunities, using data to inform smarter campaigns and lifecycle strategies.

Deliver Engaging Campaigns:
Lead the planning and execution of the global email/SMS calendar, while designing and optimising automated journeys for onboarding, purchase, loyalty, and win-back.

Own the Platforms & Integrations:
Manage CRM tools (Klaviyo, Shopify) and work with IT to ensure seamless integrations, best-practice automation, and smooth customer experiences across platforms.

Collaborate & Optimise:
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent brand messaging, while tracking and reporting performance to continually improve results.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM or customer marketing (retail/eCommerce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify
    or similar CRM/email platforms.
  • Strong skills in
    email/SMS campaign creation
    including copy, design, testing, and optimisation.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in
    segmentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing
    .
  • Familiarity with Meta, Google, and other marketing platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who delivers innovative solutions.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or similar. Certifications (Klaviyo Academy, Google Analytics) are a plus.
