About the role

We have an amazing opportunity at our Jimmy Choo Westfield Sydney store for a Full Time Sales Assistant who is driven, self-motivated, and ideally has a clienteling background. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Driving sales and contribute to store KPI's
  • Build relationships with our clientele, contribute to customer database, drive appointment bookings
  • Assisting with store operations including visual merchandising and stock-take

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 38 hours per week over 5 days at our Jimmy Choo store in Westfield Sydney (Tuesday-Saturday Roster).

About you

  • Previous experience in the retail industry
  • Mandarin language skills highly beneficial
  • Understanding of specialty retail or luxury, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
