About the Role

We are looking for a Junior to Intermediate Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role you'll work closely with senior engineers, gaining exposure to the full product development cycle — from concept and prototyping to validation and production. You'll have the chance to develop your skills in PCB design, hardware bring-up, and system testing, and grow into a key contributor to our future products.

This position is ideal if you are early in your career and want a place where you can learn fast, take ownership, and grow to become a top hardware engineer.

General Competencies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ year of experience in designing electronic hardware systems, including analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Proven experience in prototyping, testing, and validating hardware systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of electronic principles and components.
  • Good knowledge of EMC/EMI standards and safety compliance requirements (e.g., FCC, CE, UL).
  • Familiar with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering.
  • Eager to learn, proactive in problem-solving, and open to feedback.
Specific Technical Competencies
  • experience in designing analog circuits, high-speed digital circuits( DDR3/4/5, PCIe, USB3.0, Gigabit ethernet, HDMI and so on)
  • familiar with varied ARM MCU and MPU (Cortex-M0/M3/M4/M7/M33, Cortex-A53/A72)
  • experience on RF design (Antenna impedance matching) and RF testing (output power, sensitivity) in broad RF wireless systems (BLE, WiFi, LoRa, Cellular)
  • Good experience with Altium Designer/365 or equivalent CAD software to design multi-layer PCB boards(2 layer ~16 layer)
  • Proven work records in developing and executing test plans for design validation and verification.
  • Understanding of EMC, compliance, or design-for-manufacture principles.
  • Good at creating detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with schematic design and work on circuit design in collaboration with senior engineers.
  • Create and maintain component libraries (symbols, footprints, parametric data).
  • Review and check Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy, availability, and cost.
  • Support component selection, evaluation, and integration.
  • Participate in hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation testing.
  • Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers for system integration.
  • Help prepare documentation, test reports, and compliance support.
  • Contribute to prototyping and transition to production builds.
