We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and actioning IT support requests logged through a ticketing system
  • Providing amazing customer service across interactions
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Day-to-day troubleshooting with an ability to provide IT solutions to hardware, printers, application and network faults.
  • Connect and configure printers and other devices to computers and networks.
  • Assemble, replace or upgrade hardware parts according to specifications.
  • Perform software and firmware updates on devices as required.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and connectivity.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to users experiencing hardware-related problems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hardware or IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, printer setup, and device networking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client tasks efficiently.
  • Current driver's licence (for onsite client visits).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
