An experienced Concrete Crew Lead to manage a small yet efficient team, here on the beautiful Surf Coast

Our crews work across Surf Coast, Geelong and The Bellarine focusing on residential and decorative concrete work. We specialise in a spectrum of works from slabs and driveways to architectural concrete, outdoor kitchens, hardscape and floating steps.

Concrete Crew Leader

Job Overview:

As a Crew Leader you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects - start to finish. From reading plans, setting up form work and directing crew members across both residential and decorative jobs. Your work will ensure that the spaces we create and crew members alike are held to a high standard - keeping our stellar reputation for high quality work, intact. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading structural + architectural plans
  • Form up residential slabs (driveways, slabs, pathways, patios)
  • Screed flat and finish to a high level
  • Plan and manage jobs and execute to a high standard finish
  • Ensuring quality assurance checks and protocol is followed
  • Manage, delegate/direct crew members
  • Manage subcontractors/concrete pumps
  • Communicate with concrete plant and concrete pumps

Requirements:

  • Own transport
  • Physically Fit
  • Construction White Card
  • Concrete finishing skills
  • Experience with exposed aggregate
  • 3 years previous Crew Leader experience
  • 10 years experience concreting
  • Heavy-rigid + excavator tickets
